Clarification
During this first phase of the project, the team is appointed and the design brief is further developed. Our team starts with an investigation and all requirements and wishes are also mapped out. We record all of this in various documents, which support us and the customer and provide insight during the coming project phases.

Proof of Concept
We start realizing your idea into a product. The proof of concept is a relatively simple solution with which we investigate how we can use the idea in combination with being able to convert all requirements and wishes into an actual product.

Prototype 1 & 2
We convert the proof of concept into a real, working product. We do this by refining and optimizing the design. If the design consists of different disciplines, such as electronics, embedded software and a housing, these parts come together during the prototype phase. To guarantee quality, we carry out two iterations of the prototype phase as standard.

Testing
We test constantly throughout the project, because quality is our priority. In addition to the 'smaller' tests, we have built two fixed test phases into our design cycle, namely after each prototype phase. We carry out these tests using: a test plan. We also offer the option for CE & EMC testing.

Zero Series
The prototype works properly and is ready to be produced. We start by producing a small edition, which is then extensively tested and checked.

Mass production
The zero series products are satisfactory. We ensure that all documentation is in order and start large-scale production.
